Keith says Knicks fans should be confident in beating Heat or 76ers: 'I don't understand being shook now'

As the Knicks await the winner of the 76ers and Heat in the NBA Play-In Tournament, Keith says fans shouldn't be sweating either potential matchup, and New York is the second seed in the Eastern Conference for a reason.

"The players weren't trying to duck the two seed…follow the mentality of the guys you're watching," Keith said. "They do not feel like they're underdogs. They feel like the big dogs.

"These are good matchups no matter what…whoever you get, you have the upper hand in my opinion."

The Heat are always tough in the playoffs with Erik Spoelstra and Jimmy Butler, while the Sixers have looked like a juggernaut when Joel Embiid is healthy, but Keith still believes the Knicks will take care of business in the first round, whoever their opponent is.

"Too late to be scared now. Too late to talk about 'Embiid is back now.' This is your year, right?" Keith said. "I don't understand being shook. I don't understand the trepidation of who you're gonna face coming out of the Play-In Tournament…don't get cold feet now. Don't be shook now.

"I think they'll win those games and the series, whether they're in Miami or Philadelphia."
