The Knicks’ COVID-19 spread continues to worsen, as Kevin Knox is the latest player to be entered into the league’s health and safety protocols.

The team made the announcement Tuesday, confirming the fourth player that will be out for Thursday night’s game in Houston. Knox joins RJ Barrett, Obi Toppin and Quentin Grimes.

Per the NBA’s protocols, Knox will have to be sidelined from basketball activities for 10 days, unless he can register two negative PCR test results within 24 hours of each other. The league has reportedly begun discussing changes to enhance its COVID protocols in response to the uptick in cases across the sport.

Knox, who has reportedly garnered recent trade interest, saw his playing time increase in the wake of the team’s other COVID cases, and has played over 20 minutes in each of the last two games, scoring 18 and nine points in those contests, respectively.
