The Knicks were beat up by the Warriors on Friday night, and Cam Reddish was banged up in the process.
The former first-round pick left the game in the third quarter with what the Knicks described as a sore right groin, and head coach Tom Thibodeau told reporters afterward that Reddish is day-to-day.
Reddish landed awkwardly after drawing a foul on Draymond Green, but stayed in for another six minutes before leaving the game. After the game, Reddish said it wasn’t just the foul from Green that likely led to the discomfort, but could have also been due to running around chasing Steph Curry all night.
Reddish has earned himself a regular role with New York this season, averaging 23.3 minutes per game while shooting a career best 45.4 percent from the field.
