Derrick Rose says he is the lightest he has been since he was a rookie nearly 15 years ago, and he made it known when he conducted his Knicks Media Day press conference shirtless on Monday.
And teammate Julius Randle absolutely loved it.

While Rose was talking to reporters on Monday, Randle walked by and saw Rose without a shirt on behind the microphone, and had to cut in and dap up his teammate.
“I like it!” Randle laughed when he came in during Rose’s interview.
Rose has been one of the most valuable Knicks since being acquired via trade midway through the 2020-21 season, but his 2021-22 campaign was plagued by injury. But head coach Tom Thibodeau challenged his veteran point guard to lose weight, and he responded by dropping nearly 20 pounds.
Rose is proud to show it, and Randle clearly loves it.
