When Kristaps Porzingis returns to Madison Square Garden on Friday night, the Knicks could be without four of their regular starters.

Reggie Bullock has been listed as questionable for Friday’s game with an illness, as New York is in danger of growing even more shorthanded for games that have become critical to the team’s playoff push. Along with Bullock, Mitchell Robinson is out with a foot fracture, RJ Barrett is questionable with a sprained right ankle, which the team announced on Thursday, while starting point guard Derrick Rose is nursing a sore left ankle.

All-Star Julius Randle appears to be the only regular starter who is fully good to go against the Mavericks.

Rose had previously missed extended time due to COVID-19 and missed the last game with a sore ankle, while Barrett played in the Knicks’ last game, a stunning loss to the NBA-worst Timberwolves. Nerlens Noel has been starting at center for Robinson, who was out with a hand fracture before injuring his foot.

Bullock is averaging 9.1 points per game while shooting 39 percent from downtown this season.
