Why does nobody ever want to give Josh Hart a high-five?

Why will nobody give Josh Hart a high-five?

The Knicks standout trade deadline acquisition came to New York with a strong reputation as a stingy defender and an elite rebounding guard, with a history of being denied high-fives from his own teammates, as the Twitter account NewYorkBasketball highlighted when Hart first arrived.

Even Julius Randle, back when the two were teammates with the Lakers, left Hart empty handed.

That trend continued on Wednesday night, when Hart tried to dap up Miami’s Jimmy Butler, but once again was forced to slap his own hand after the Heat star left him hanging.

Of course, Butler may have not been in the mood, as his Heat squad was on their way to losing a critical game to Hart’s Knicks.

Hopefully Hart got some high-fives in the locker room after the big win.
