The Mets are making a big push for Yoshinobu Yamamoto, and Keith doesn't doubt that Steve Cohen will ultimately offer the Japanese star the most money.
But that doesn't mean Yamamoto will pick the Mets, which Keith says gives off the vibes of the rich guy at the bar that still can't close the date.
"King Cohen's gonna have the biggest, highest amount, and still won't win," Keith said. "Still won't get the girl.
"It's kinda shady when you take that girl to a nice dinner, a nice French cuisine in Japan, and then you have a second date with that girl, and you bring her to your house. Where you sleep! And then shorty walks out the door and the first thing she does is hit iMessage and say 'Hey Yankees, you up? I'd like to come by.'"
The Yankees, Dodgers, and Red Sox are among the other teams pushing hard for Yamamoto, and while they might not have the wealth that Cohen has, they may be able to put together other sales pitches to bring in the righty. If that happens, Keith says it would prove "money can't buy you love."
