The Mets fans at Citi Field really brought their A game on Tuesday night for the first Subway Series matchup of the season.
Not only did the Mets lineup start hot with four runs in the first inning on Jordan Montgomery to set the tone for a 6-3 win, but the fans in the outfield were more than ready to field the long ball barrage that took place in the first.
Most notably, one fan had one of the highlights of the night with a ridiculous leaping, one-handed catch on a go-ahead two-run blast by Eduardo Escobar.
There were plenty of offensive fireworks on Tuesday, but this catch was arguably the defensive play of the night.
