Padres running routes, throwing football in Citi Field outfield before game two

Just one win away from bouncing the Mets and advancing to the NLDS, the Padres certainly seem loose heading into Saturday's game two.

Before first pitch, Padres players were running routes and throwing a football in the Citi Field outfield as fans began to file into the park, ready for a do-or-die game for the Mets after getting rocked in game one.

San Diego belted four home runs off Max Scherzer in game one, and can relax knowing that a loss doesn't mean the end of their season, which is more than the Mets can say on Saturday. But the Padres will have to beat Jacob deGrom to avoid a winner-take-all game three on Sunday.

If it doesn't go to game three, the Padres look like they'll be ready for a football Sunday.
