The Mets sell-off continued on Monday, as veteran outfielder Mark Canha was traded to the Brewers, according to multiple reports.

Canha, in the final year of a two-year deal, was widely expected to be moved before Tuesday's deadline, with Tommy Pham likely to be next.

There is a team option for 2024 on Canha's two-year, $26.5 million deal.

Canha has been just above league average at the plate this season, posting a .725 OPS with six home runs in 257 at-bats this season. His Mets career ends with a .754 OPS.

According to MLB.com insider Mark Feinsand, the return for the Mets is pitcher Justin Jarvis, a former fifth-round pick currently in Triple-A. The righty posted a 3.33 ERA in Double-A before being promoted to Triple-A, where he has allowed 16 runs in 11.2 innings.
