Buck Showalter didn't seem to have much of a reaction to Drew Smith getting ejected on Tuesday night, much like he didn't when Max Scherzer was tossed under the same circumstances.
Tiki says that has to change from the Mets manager, and there needs to be more emotion to inject some life into the team.
"Get kicked out of a game," Tiki said. "Pete [Alonso] gets hit on the wrist, get pissed off. Drew Smith gets ejected for apparent nonsense…get pissed off.
"It doesn't feel like anybody in the Mets organization is getting pissed off at how bad that they're playing."
BT was in full agreement, just to show some signs of life from Showalter.
"Just put on a show, dude," BT said. "Placate your fans. They've been calling for it for over a month now."
