The state of New York football is not pretty, and Shaun Morash says the league should take a chunk of the blame.
"They screwed us, as New York fans. Absolutely screwed us," Morash said. "The NFL loves New York being relevant, because they love us in prime time…we got multiple prime time games to start the year, meaning we had to be playing some pretty good teams, because the NFL, those stubborn, selfish pigs, wanted to make sure they got good Giant and Jet matchups before, potentially, the Giants and Jets weren't any good, so they mattered.
"Look at who they've played. Multiple double-digit win teams [from last year] up and down the schedule for the first six games."
Now, with both teams battling injuries to significant contributors, Morash says there was no way for the Jets or Giants to weather the storm, thanks to multiple prime time games against prime time opponents.
"It's dead on arrival because they've lost too many games already because of the stupid NFL selfish pigs!" Morash said.
