We've already known unofficially that the Brooklyn Nets would open their season as part of the NBA's two-game Dec. 22 tip-off slate by hosting the Warriors, and would play in Boston on Christmas Day.
Now, it's official.
The Nets released the first half of their 2020-21 regular-season scheduled on Friday, confirming their first two games and 35 others. Brooklyn will play 19 home games and 18 road tilts in their first 37, and 19 of those games will be nationally-televised (with the rest on YES, and all of them on WFAN once again).
Among other notables, the first Nets-Knicks game of the season will Jan. 13 at Madison Square Garden, KD's first "official" trip back to Golden State comes on Feb. 13….and the first-half finale is on March 3, a nationally-televised game in Texas against a Houston Rockets team that still, for now, has James Harden.
The full first half of the Nets' 2020-21 schedule is available at brooklynnets.com/schedule.
