Cam Johnson has had to get used to a lot of new teammates since being acquired by the Nets in the Kevin Durant trade, but the biggest adjustment for the 26-year-old has been off the court.
Mainly, how to navigate New York City traffic.
"The traffic, and how long it takes to go one mile," Johnson said of his biggest adjustment. "Oh my goodness, we were three miles away from here and it took 45 minutes."
That's not new for New Yorkers, but for Johnson, born and raised in western Pennsylvania, it's quite the shock, one that he will need some time to get used to, and remember to leave plenty of extra time when getting ready to head to the Barclays Center, or anywhere else.
"I gotta get used to that. I gotta get used to how densely packed everything is us," Johnson said. "I'm not really from the city. I went to college in the city a little bit, but this is different."
