Kevin Durant is back for the Nets after missing nearly two months with a hamstring strain.
Brooklyn announced on Wednesday morning that Durant is available for Wednesday night's matchup with the Pelicans, which will mark the first game he has played in since Feb. 13.

Durant's return comes as good timing for the Nets, who announced on Tuesday that James Harden is out with a strained hamstring of his own, and will be re-evaluated in 10 days.
Durant's initial diagnosis was that his strained hamstring was a mild one, but further testing showed more damage, leaving him out for the past eight weeks. Brooklyn, thanks in large part to Harden, was able to find success in Durant's absence, grabbing the top spot in the Eastern Conference. The Nets are currently tied with the 76ers for that spot.
Durant was on an MVP pace before his injury, averaging 29 points per game and shooting 52.4 percent from the floor in 19 contests. He was named an All-Star for the 11th time in his career.
