The Nets have announced that all employees and guests of the Barclays Center will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 starting on Sept. 13.

The mandate will be for individuals ages 12 and older.

“We have heard from our fans that requiring vaccination is important to them and we want to provide the safest possible environment for all employees and guests at Barclays Center,” Friday’s statement read.

The Nets’ schedule for the 2021-22 season has not been released yet, but they will have their first home preseason game on Oct. 8 against the defending champion Bucks.
