Corey called in to BT and Sal on Monday to begin the Giants/Jets trash talk, and let's just say it's shaping up to be a long week for Sal.
Corey began talking about how the Jets defensive front will manhandle Big Blue's offensive line, and when asked how Gang Green's banged-up pass protection would fair against Dexter Lawrence and Big Blue's pass rush, Corey didn't have much of an answer.
So, Sal went in.
"It's gonna be all week with this stuff," Sal said. "I can't take it…what are you basing this off of? Because you bleed green?
"What round did the Jets make the playoffs last year?"
Sal will be riding with the Giants heading into Sunday's matchup, and he likely will only dig deeper into that stance as the calls from Jets fans continue to pour in this week.
"I'm dealing in reality. You're not," Sal said. "What Giant fan called in here and said they're going to the playoffs?"
