It’s always great to have loyal fans listening to your program…especially when you re-live some old (and good for some) memories, and those fans find what you’re looking for!

During Tuesday’s Boomer & Gio Show, the crew remembered their week on Radio Row in Houston for Super Bowl LI where Boomer turned Al into his receiver; see, Al was supposed to catch a pass from Boomer while diving into a foam pit, but, well, Boomer’s heater was too hot for Al’s boring hands.

Well, Steven Rossi (@scuba_4282 on Twitter) went back and found the actual video from 2016, as aired on what was then Boomer & Carton on CBS Sports Network!

We then searched, and found a more full clip in the archives...

To be fair, it’s not easy to catch a zipper from Boomer, but looking back, it’s hard to see how the pass could’ve injured Al’s hands, considering it hit him right in the chest!

Then again, compared to Jerry Recco’s sabotage of fellow NARP C-Lo earlier this week, maybe that’s a good thing?

Hopefully, the boys will all be able to head back to Radio Row in Los Angeles this coming February to try again…anything but another season of Al’s $5 Five-Team Parlay!
