Fans back to ripping MLB's new jerseys after Yankees road grays show loads of sweat

MLB players, former players, and fans, spent much of spring training ripping the new uniforms that have come out of the league’s new partnership with Fanatics, a company that was dragged over the offseason once the baseball world got a look at the see-through material and tiny font.

Just as that talk began to die down, the criticism ratcheted back up on Opening Day thanks in part to the ridiculous amount of sweat coming through the Yankees road grays.

Fans all over X (formerly known as Twitter) posted screenshots showing the Yankee players covered in their own sweat, as Aaron Judge had noticeable sweat stains all across his shoulders, and Jonathan Loaisiga had a pit stain that covered nearly the whole sleeve on his pitching arm.

The Fanatics CEO emphatically depended the companies process in making the jerseys during spring training, but they likely will only continue to feel the heat from fans as the product continues to be called out and ripped across social media.
