The Yankee slugger has received more votes than any other player in the league so far, just ahead of Mookie Betts over in the National League. As for the American League, the next highest vote getter is fellow outfielder Mike Trout, who is still roughly 200,000 votes behind Judge.
It helps that Judge leads the league with 25 home runs and is the star on the team with the best record in all of baseball, and has also filled in seamlessly in center field when needed.
The leading vote getter at second base in the American League belongs to Jose Altuve, who is batting .274 with 12 home runs and a .507 slugging percentage. Meanwhile, Gleyber Torres is batting .267 with 13 home runs and a .524 slugging percentage.
In the National League, no Mets are currently leading vote getters with the Midsummer Classic just under a month away.
