Bills: Injury update and where players lined up at Tuesday's OTA session

Here’s an injury update from Tuesday’s OTA session for the Bills:

  • TE - Tyler Kroft - broken foot
  • WR - Cole Beasley - Still recovering from core muscle surgery
  • C - Mitch Morse -  Still recovering from core muscle surgery
  • C - Russell Bodine - Still recovering from shoulder surgery from last season
  • RB - Frank Gore - Foot and ankle injury
  • RB - T.J. Yeldon - Groin injury, did not practice
  • WR - David Sills - Hamstring
  • TE - Jason Croom - Hamstring
  • OG - Quinton Spain - Had thumb surgery last week

Morse was on the field with a hemet and participated in stretching with his teammates prior to practice.  

Here’s how players lined up, as far as first and second units at certain positions:

First OL:

Ninth-overall draft pick Ed Oliver was a DT with the second unit. MLB Julian Stanford called defensive signals for the second group.
