Feliciano played his college football at the University of Miami (FL) and was an Oakland Raiders' fourth round pick in the 2015 NFL Draft. He suited up for all 16 games in 2016 and 13 games each of the past two seasons, including four starts at left guard last season in place of an injured Kelechi Osemele.
Feliciano becomes the fourth offensive lineman added by Buffalo this offseason, joining Spencer Long, Mitch Morse, and Ty Nsekhe as free agent signings.
