University at Buffalo men's basketball head coach Nate Oats has made a name for himself in Western New York over the last few years. With the Bulls currently sitting at No. 18 in the AP poll, he's starting to become a nationally recognized coach as well.
Oats is now not only competitng against other coaches and programs on the court, but also off of it.
For nine years now, Infiniti has teamed up with the NCAA to help raise money for charity with the Infiniti #TimeOutFTW challenge. Oats is one of 49 coaches competing in the challenge this season and needs your help raising money for the American Cancer Society of Western New York.
From now until March 11th, UB fans and Western New Yorkers can vote for coach Oats three times a day. Votes can be cast on three different platforms, once a day at www.infinititimeout.com, once on Twitter and once on Instagram.
The three coaches with the most online votes will receive a combined $600,000 to donate in their names to their local American Cancer Society chapter.
