(WGR 550) - As expected, the Sabres have called up Victor Olofsson and Henri Jokiharju from Rochester. To make room, J.S. Dea, Curtis Lazar and Lawrence Pilut have been sent to the Amerks.
All these moves were made in reverse on Tuesday to get under the NHL salary cap. Now that Zach Bogosian and Matt Hunwick have been put on long-term injured reserve, the Sabres have the room to bring back Olofsson and Jokiharju.
