Huglen scored 52 points this past season in 24 games for Roseau, while also tacking on 14 points in 28 games with the Fargo Force in the United States Hockey League. The 18-year-old is ecpected to play this upcoming season with the Force before starting his collegiate career in 2020-21 with the University of Minnesota.
Standing at 5' 11" and 165-pounds, Huglen is said to be a speedy, skilled forward with the ability to make some big plays like he did in the 2018 Ivan Hlinka Gretzky Cup for the United States:
