The University at Buffalo’s women’s basketball team (23-9, 12-6 MAC) learned on Monday where they’ll be playing in the upcoming NCAA Women’s Tournament.
The Bulls will be traveling to Storrs, Connecticut as a 10-seed in the Albany Region of the women's tournament, and will face seven-seed Rutgers on Friday in the Round of 64.

March 18, 2019 Rutgers finished the 2018-19 season with a 22-9 overall record and finished third in the Big Ten Conference with a 13-5 record. The Scarlett Knights received an at-large bid into the tournament after losing in the Big Ten Conference tournament semifinal to Iowa, who went on to beat Maryland in the conference championship game.
