When the Buffalo Bills and Minnesota Vikings made the trade involving wide receiver Stefon Diggs, it was announced that Buffalo gave up their first, fifth, and sixth round picks in this year's NFL Draft, as well as a fourth round pick in 2021, while getting a 2020 seventh round pick and Diggs from Minnesota. However, it had not been revelaed which specific picks the two teams gave up in the deal.
