Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR 550) - The Buffalo Bills beat the Kansas City Chiefs, 20-17, on Sunday, but came out of the game with a few injury concerns.

Head coach Sean McDermott told reporters on Monday that defensive end A.J. Epenesa (rib) and safety Micah Hyde (stinger) are both considered week-to-week, while tight end Dalton Kincaid (shoulder) is day-to-day.

Epenesa made a huge play early in the game when he batted a ball into the air and ultimately intercepted Patrick Mahomes. He was injured on the play and came out of the game for a brief time. Although he re-entered the game, he then exited again and didn't return.

Hyde missed most of last season with a neck injury, and has had a recurring stinger injury several times this season.

The Bills host the Dallas Cowboys next Sunday at 4:25 p.m. EST at Highmark Stadium.
