Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR Sports Radio 550) - The Buffalo Bills escaped Thursday night with a hard-fought victory over the Miami Dolphins in the final meeting between the two teams at the current Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park.
Although the reigning NFL MVP had a three-touchdown performance through the air, Bills quarterback Josh Allen believes there are plays even he can clean up heading into the rest of the season.
"There's a threshold where you're close enough and sacks don't really matter. Moving it back puts our special teams in a tougher situation, and that's on me," said Allen on Thursday following Buffalo's 31-21 win.
Despite the Dolphins defense struggling through the first two weeks of the 2025 season, Allen thought there were instances where Miami was executing its gameplan well against the Buffalo offense. He felt the same of the Dolphins offense led by quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.
"I thought their offense did a good job at sustaining drives and really limited our opportunities," Allen said.
