Philadelphia Pa. (WGR 550) - The Buffalo Bills' Jekyll and Hyde season continued Sunday afternoon with their second overtime loss this season in a soggy affair with the Eagles, 37-34, at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia.
With another overtime loss, Bills quarterback Josh Allen has yet to come away victorious in any of his six career overtime games.
The sixth-year starter completed 29-of-51 passes for 339 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in the losing effort. Allen also led the game on the ground for the Bills with 81 yards on nine carries and two touchdowns.
Buffalo had a couple miscues throughout the game, including Allen's fourth quarter interception that resulted in an Eagles touchdown in a tight back-and-forth contest.
"I think effort was there, execution was there. Just got to make a couple more plays, and a couple we wished we had back," Allen stated with the media during his postgame comments on Sunday.
