Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR Sports Radio 550) - The Buffalo Bills are hosting the New England Patriots in their final home game in the month of October. They look to take care of business and remain undefeated on the season.

The Bills received the opening kick and were not on the field for long as they went three-and-out to start the contest.

New England took advantage and scored right away. Drake Maye reverted back to his form from last season and drove right down the field, connecting with Romeo Doubs for the touchdown. They took a 7-0 lead and continued to cause issues for the Bills on defense.

Josh Allen, while being 9 for 10 on the day, was not driving the ball down field like he had in previous weeks. James Cook would score early in the second to even the score 7-7.

New England would take another lead soon after Drake Maye scrambled for 26 yards, setting up a rushing touchdown from Rhamondre Stevenson 1-yard out from the end zone. Maye and the Patriots were carving up the Bills defense.

The Bills needed to wake up. Allen gave them the life they were looking for after a 50-yard pass to Khalil Shakir. Dion Dawkins drew a hands to the face penalty, Mike Vrabel then drew an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty. After a Cook 4-yard rush, Allen rushed it up the middle for a two yard touchdown. The score was evened out inside of the two-minute warning.

A cardiac end to the first half as the Bills had a chance to drive down the field and attempt to take the lead going into the second half, but Khalil Shakir had the ball punched out and the Patriots recovered. Right after that, Drake Maye threw a low pass to Romeo Doubs which was bobbled and intercepted by Dee Alford and returned inside the 10-yard line. Tyler Bass put the Bills ahead before the break with a 27-yard field goal.

The Patriots received the opening kickoff of the second half and took back the lead. After a costly penalty from the Bills within the five yard line, Maye connected with Doubs again for a 2-yard touchdown.
