Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR 550) - The Buffalo Bills have officially filled out their 16-man practice squad roster for the 2023 regular season.
It was originally announced on Wednesday the Bills had signed 14 players to their practice squad. Some of the more notable additions to the practice squad included the likes of defensive tackle Eli Ankou, defensive end Kameron Cline, wide receivers Andy Isabella and Marcell Ateman, offensive lineman Greg Mancz, running back Ty Johnson and defensive back Ja'Marcus Ingram.
Players like Ankou, Mancz and Ingram spent a majority of the 2022 season either on the Bills' practice squad or the 53-man roster and will stay in the fold heading into 2023.
Other players like Cline, Isabella and Ateman all performed admirably during the preseason, but missed out on a spot on the 53-man roster.
Then on Thursday, the Bills filled out the practice squad roster with the signings of veteran linebacker Christian Kirksey and quarterback Shane Buechele.
The Bills get ready to open their 2023 season on Monday, Sept. 11 when they travel to East Rutherford, New Jersey to face Aaron Rodgers and the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium.
