Skinner originally entered the league as an undrafted free agent out of the University of Kansas in 2025. He saw action in just one game last season, and ironically, it was against the Bills in Week 18.
The 6-foot-3, 203-pound wideout caught one pass for 10 yards, as well as a two-point conversion in, what turned out to be, the last-ever game at Highmark Stadium.
To make room for Skinner on the roster, the Bills have released wide receiver Deven Thompkins.
