Bills place kicker Tyler Bass on Injured Reserve

Bass will miss, at least, the first four games of the season

Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR Sports Radio 550) - The Buffalo Bills have placed kicker Tyler Bass on Injured Reserve with a pelvic injury. That means Bass will be required to miss, at least, the first four games of the regular season.

Earlier this week, the Bills signed 41-year-old Matt Prater to the practice squad. He'll be the kicker for the team's season opener on "Sunday Night Football" against the Baltimore Ravens at Highmark Stadium.

Bass was the only Bills player declared out for Sunday's contest.

Meanwhile, cornerback Tre'Davious White has been listed as doubtful on the team's official Friday injury report with a groin ailment.

As for the Ravens, they will be without fullback Patrick Ricard and tight end Isaiah Likely, though the good news is cornerback Jaime Alexander is expected to play after returning to practice this week.
