Ed Oliver, Dion Dawkins limited as Bills begin practice week Thursday

The Bills are gearing up to face the Falcons on "Monday Night Football"

Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR Sports Radio 550) - Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Ed Oliver (ankle) and offensive tackle Dion Dawkins (hand) both started the week as limited participants in practice on Thursday, as the team begins preparations for their game Monday night against the Atlanta Falcons.

Linebacker Dorian Williams (knee), who missed last Sunday night's game against the New England Patriots, returned to the field, but was also limited.

Linebacker Matt Milano (pectoral) and defensive tackle T.J. Sanders (knee) both did not participate in Thursday's session.

Bills head coach Sean McDermott, while speaking to reporters prior to practice, said the team would not be opening the 21-day practice window for any of the players currently on Injured Reserve who are eligible to return.

That includes rookie cornerback Max Hairston, who was back on the field Thursday working with a trainer.
