The 2-1 Bills host the 3-0 Miami Dolphins on Sunday in Orchard Park.
For Miami, wide receiver Jaylen Waddle has cleared concussion protocol and is expected to play Sunday.
However, defensive end Jaelan Phillips was one of three players not spotted by local media members during the open portion of practice.
