Pittsford, N.Y. (WGR 550) - Since Josh Allen had his breakout season under center in 2020, the Buffalo Bills' offense has been ranked pretty consistently as one of the top units in the entire National Football League.
After another high-flying 2021 season from the Buffalo offense, offensive coordinator Brian Daboll left the Bills to take a head coaching job with the New York Giants.
That opened the door for Ken Dorsey move up the ranks and assume the role as offensive coordinator.

Going into his second season leading the offense, Dorsey feels this year will be different with newer players entering the mix.
"This year we've got a lot of new pieces between Dalton [Kincaid], and then Trent [Sherfield], [Deonte] Harty, running backs. There's a lot new pieces, so we really kind of had to go back and evaluate our process, in terms of making sure we build a foundation," said Dorsey on Thursday during an appearance on the "Jeremy White Show".
Dorsey adds with some of the newer players joining the offensive group, he is excited to be able to move players around in different positions along the line of scrimmage.
One of the players Dorsey mentioned as an exciting new addition to his offensive squad is Kincaid, who Buffalo drafted in the first round of the 2023 NFL Draft. Dorsey feels Kincaid focuses on whatever it takes to help a team win.
"We wanted make sure we build that foundation for him," Dorsey said with Jeremy White and Joe DiBiase from St. John Fisher University. "We really feel he did a great job, in terms of doing everything he could to build that foundation from a studying standpoint."
