The new stadium deal for the Bills will see the construction of a new $1.4 billion facility that will be located across the street from Highmark Stadium on Abbott Road. The deal also comes with a 30-year lease agreement, ensuring the long-term viability of the team in the region.

If construction of the stadium goes according to plan, the Bills could be ready to play in their new home by the start of the 2026 season.

With a deal finally agreed upon and awaiting the further approval from New York State and Erie County Legislatures, Executive Vice President of Pegula Sports and Entertainment, Ron Raccuia joined the “Howard and Jeremy Show” on Tuesday to go over some of the details of the new stadium.

One of the major factors with this deal going forward is now the Bills are guaranteed to remain in Buffalo for the foreseeable future.

“It’s a great day to celebrate.” Raccuia said while chatting with Jeremy White and "Sneaky Joe" DiBiase. “It’s a huge accomplishment for the community, for the Bills, for the Pegulas, for the Governor, for the County Executive… I could go on-and-on, but it’s a great day. It’s a 30-year lease that keeps the Bills in Western New York for future generations.”

As for when fans can expect a full price structure for the new stadium going forward, Raccuia says any sort of announcement is still, at least, a year out.

“We are talking to our fans, and helping them understand what PSLs are and the reason they are necessary,” he said.

With sports gambling now legal in New York State and being so popular, could the new Bills stadium see a sports book being available inside for fans to place live bets on?

“We have already had conversations with Caesars and FanDuel about it. Just like our fans, our partners will be at the table,” Raccuia said.
