Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR Sports Radio 550) - According to multiple reports on Sunday, the Buffalo Bills have moved on from special teams coordinator Matthew Smiley. NFL Network insider Tom Pelissero was the first to report the news.
Smiley first joined the Bills as an assistant special teams coordinator in 2017, serving in that role for five years before being promoted to special teams coordinator in 2022.
The 46-year-old took over as the Bills' special teams coordinator after Heath Farwell parted ways with the team following the 2021 season.
