Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR 550) - The Buffalo Bills have signed a one-year contract with linebacker Nicholas Morrow, as first reported by NFL Network insider Mike Garafolo.

Morrow entered the league in 2017 as an undrafted free agent, signed by the Oakland Raiders out of Greenville University in Illinois. He was the first Greenville player to ever sign a contract in the NFL.

After five years with the Raiders, including all of 2021 on Injured Reserve, Morrow spent 2022 with the Chicago Bears, starting all 17 games and collecting 116 tackles, including 11 for loss.

The 28-year old spent last season with the Philadelphia Eagles, playing 15 games and making 12 starts.

Here's what Audacy Chicago radio host and reporter Chris Emma said about Morrow:

Through his six-year NFL career, Morrow has played 94 games, making 58 starts.

The NFL's new league year, which includes the official opening of free agency, starts at 4 p.m. ET on Wednesday.
