Buffalo, N.Y. (WGR 550) – A reunion is now officially in the books between the Buffalo Bills and former All-Pro cornerback Josh Norman.
The Bills announced on Tuesday the signing of the veteran cornerback, as he will start out under contract on the practice squad. The signing was first reported by Jordan Schultz and Tom Pelissero.
Norman spent the 2020 season with the Bills, where he appeared in nine games, starting three of them, accounting for 24 total tackles, two tackles for loss, four passes defended, an interception, a forced fumble and two fumble recoveries. His one interception also resulted in a defensive touchdown.
The 35-year-old last played in the NFL with the Carolina Panthers this past season. It was his second stint with the Panthers after having been there from 2012-15, and being named an All-Pro in 2015.
The 11-year veteran has had stops in the league with the Washington Commanders (2016-19) and San Francisco 49ers in 2021.
Norman has accumulated 16 interceptions, 20 forced fumbles and three touchdowns over his career.
