Bills sign defensive tackle DaQuan Jones to two-year deal

Buffalo, N.Y. (WGR 550) - Carolina Panthers free agent defensive tackle DaQuan Jones has signed a two-year contract with Buffalo Bills. ESPN NFL reporter Dianna Russini was the first to report the signing.

According to Jones' agency, Athletes First, the deal he will sign with the Bills is a two-year contract worth up to $14 million with $10.6 million guaranteed.

Jones, who is originally from Johnson City, New York just outside Binghamton, played seven seasons for the Tennessee Titans before signing as a free agent with the Panthers prior to last season.

The 30-year-old originally entered the league as a fourth round pick of the Titans in the 2014 NFL Draft out of Penn State University.

Jones has played 116 NFL games, starting 110 of them. The only six games he did not start were in his rookie season in 2014. He has started the last 109 games he's played, and hasn't missed a game over the past four seasons.
