Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR Sports Radio 550) - Although he has already been ruled out of Sunday night's contest against the Baltimore Ravens at M&T Bank Stadium, it was a positive and encouraging sign for the Buffalo Bills on Thursday to see linebacker Terrel Bernard return to practice.
Bernard wore a red non-contact jersey as the team practiced just outside the fieldhouse.
Bernard missed Monday night's win over the Jacksonville Jaguars after injuring his pectoral muscle during a Week 2 win against the Miami Dolphins.
Cornerback Taron Johnson did not practice. Johnson has missed the last two games with an injured forearm.
Cornerback Kaiir Elam, who is dealing with a neck injury, also wore a red non-contact jersey on Thursday.
Quarterback Josh Allen continued to wear a glove on his injured left hand. Allen has been a full participant in practice every day since injuring his hand in Week 1.
