Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR Sports Radio 550) - Buffalo Bills veteran cornerback Tre’Davious White left the practice field early on Thursday with, what appeared to be, a lower-body injury.
After an 11-on-11 play, White, who was not near the ball, started hopping on one leg. Quarterback Mitch Trubisky ran over to White and helped him walk off the field. White was still hopping.
White eventually made his way to trainers and stood on both legs near the wall of Highmark Stadium, talking with them for several minutes.
Eventually, he slowly walked off the field, up the stadium tunnel, and into the game day locker room.
Several minutes later, he reappeared, walking back down the tunnel towards the field, eventually sitting in the front seat of a cart. He was then driven out of the stadium.
There was no update on White given by the team after practice.
The team’s other starting cornerback, Christian Bedford, also ended his practice session early, but told reporters afterwards he was fine, and just needed some rest.
The Bills practiced at Highmark Stadium on Thursday, as they prepare for their final preseason game Saturday night against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Raymond James Stadium.
It will be the final chance for several players to make an impression on the coaching staff and organization before roster cuts are due by 4 p.m. on Tuesday.
Bills head coach Sean McDermott said before practice that starting quarterback Josh Allen will not play in the contest, adding every player is on a "case-by-case basis", based on their own situation and what the team feels they need.
Players who did not participate at all on Thursday included:

- WR - Khalil Shakir (ankle)
