For the Bills, four players were listed as limited participants due to inquires, including fullback Reggie Gilliam, who missed Monday night's loss to the Mew England Patriots with an ankle injury, and defensive tackle Star Lotulelei, who is dealing with a toe injury.
The Buccaneers only held a walk-through, so their report is an estimation based on what each player would have done in a normal practice. They had several players listed as non-participants.
