The former Safety for the Falcons and MLB All-star turned Analyst for the Braves on Fox Sports Southeast joined Kyle Bailey today on the Clubhouse as he discussed the Braves injury problems, Fernando Tatis, and the NFL.

The first thing Jordan weighed in on today was the controversey surrounding Fernando Tatis Jr. hitting a grand slam while up 10-4 with a 3-0 count and Brian responded to that saying:

"I have his (Fernando's) back on this. This kid is a superstar and you're there to play baseball. We've seen so many comebacks with so many teams scoring 7 runs late in the game. If he missed the sign, everybody does that, and today's game is about padding stats it's the next payday and the analytics have these kids swinging for the fences. So at the end of the day, I'm not mad at Tatis."

Despite that, Brian does think that more unwritten rules need to be reinstated, but he doesn't know how to do that when the penalties for retaliating such as the Joe Kelly incident are so severe.

Brian also discussed the concerns for the Braves right now as the challenges for the team are getting tougher and tougher, as Brian is concerned the bullpen will soon get overused. Brian also doesn't think there is an obvious move to help the rotation with this only being a 60 game schedule as all they can do is see if any of the pitchers besides Max Fried can breakthrough.
