The scrimmages are finally over as Team USA continues its pursuit of its fourth consecutive Olympic gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
The Americans got off to a rough start in exhibition play in these Games, dropping their first two matchups against Nigeria and Australia, before rebounding with wins over Argentina and rival Spain.
Along the way, two members of the final 12-man roster were replaced. Bradley Beal was sidelined by virus protocols, while Kevin Love withdrew as he continues mending from an injury that shortened his 2020-21 campaign.
Taking their respective roster spots were Spurs reserve forward Keldon Johnson, and veteran journeyman center JaVale McGee.
The reshuffled lineup will compete in Group A, along with the Czech Republic, France, and Iran. Here's a look at Team USA's schedule for the opening round, along with when and where to watch or stream. All competitions are closed to spectators, and will be held at Saitama Super Arena in Tokyo.
