Devlin Hodges will make his first NFL start on Sunday.

Rudolph was knocked unconscious by Earl Thomas during Week 5’s game against the Baltimore Ravens and suffered a concussion.

He joins linebacker Mark Barron, receiver James Washington and fullback Roosevelt Nix as not available for the Steelers.

Corner Steven Nelson is questionable as corner Artie Burns says the plan is for him to start at that position right now.

To bolster the reserves, quarterback Paxton Lynch and tailback Trey Edmunds were added from the practice squad to the active roster as linebacker Jay Elliott and offensive lineman Fred Johnson were released.
