NEW YORK (93.7 The Fan) - This year’s NFL Draft was originally planned to take place in Las Vegas with all of the glitz and glamor that comes with it.

But thanks to the coronavirus pandemic, we’ll have to settle for the glitz and glamor of NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell’s basement.

On Thursday morning, Goodell gave everyone a tour of draft headquarters, aka his basement.

In the video, Goodell shows a few plastic folding tables and chairs where the picks will come in.

The basement has been “completely modified” with cameras, lights and other broadcasting equipment.

Goodell also gives a behind the scenes look of what he will be looking at when he is live on national television.

“So this will be my home for the next three days,” Goodell said in the video.

He also acknowledges the 2020 draft will be different than any other in history but still expects it to be “fun.”

The draft kicks off at 8 p.m. ET on Thursday, with the Cincinnati Bengals on the clock first.
