MECHANICSBURG (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - The Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association will be making a final decision on high school sports on Friday, August 7.
Earlier on Thursday, the Wolf administration made a recommendation that the PIAA cancel high school sports until January 1, 2021.
High school sports events were originally going to take place in empty stadiums or without fans, students, and parents in the stands, but they could just be canceled for the fall outright.
The PIAA will review the options and make a decision on Friday afternoon.
